Dear Beloveds who are seeking a session with me,

I need to ask for your patience and support as I work with some unexpected medical issues. I value and rely on your support, and I may need your help in being flexible around changes to the scheduling of your appointment to help accommodate unexpected changes on my end.

Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev Sue

Dear Beloveds who are seeking a session with me,

I need to ask for your patience and support as I work with some unexpected medical issues. I value and rely on your support, and I may need your help in being flexible around changes to the scheduling of your appointment to help accommodate unexpected changes on my end.

Blessings and gratitude,

Rev Sue

As long as you’re alive, you’re still in the game. You may be resting on the sidelines briefly, but you’re an important player, and you’re needed for the next inning. Even if you’re temporarily benched (from fear and self-doubt) prepare yourself to jump back in. Get up and move your body. Say a prayer for inspiration. Visualize how you’ll make your next move. Show your enthusiasm to the world and everything begins feeling better.

There’s nothing worse than realizing after the game ends that you’ve spent your lifetime sitting on the sideline watching others give it their all – knowing you had it inside of you to run the touchdown, hit the grand slam, and yet you didn’t jump back in. You sat watching and judging the efforts of others. You doubted your gifts. You exhausted yourself with worry and fear.

This is not who you came here to be. You didn’t arrive on earth to sit on the sidelines. You came to be a star – someone who passionately tries and tries again, a most valuable player, and someone who makes others believe that they too could do something great to serve the world.

The players sitting on the bench don’t inspire us. They never get to prove to themselves or anyone that they’re gifted, worthy, and carry a perpetual light inside that’s needed in this world.

How many lifetimes have you spent on the bench doubting yourself or doubting the importance of the game, the worthiness of other players, the value of succeeding, or the ecstasy of giving your everything to something?

The moment you jump in and give life everything – your heart, soul and gifts – you step into the bliss, the divine connection, the thrill of this realm. You remember why you came here and why all the hard work was worth it. That one moment of giving everything carries the juice, the love, opens your heart and pushes you into the light.

Just stand up. Move that heavy energy. Get it flowing. Call out for wisdom and love. Asking is everything and movement allows grace to flow through you.

Someday you’ll see it all with wisdom. You’ll understand the value of a courageous heart. You’ll see how courage creates the miracle, the impossible. It changes the game.

Everything worthwhile is born of courage, courage to move forward in spite of all your losses and doubt. It’s the one thing you truly need on earth. It lives inside your heart waiting for you to say yes.
